I’m from Point Pleasant, NJ where I spent my childhood bike riding to the beach. Working with children has always been my goal and once I learned everything a school counselor does, I knew that was the job for me! I earned my MA in Counseling from TCNJ in 2018, and then married my husband a month later. We live in Fuquay-Varina with our adopted cats and dog. I am definitely a crazy animal lady! I’m a vegetarian and my dream is to foster kittens and cats. I love to do anything creative, am always reading, and love to get out in nature as often as possible. 

I began working at Lead Mine Elementary in February 2020 and am so happy to be working with the staff, students, and families. Being able to help children and watch them grow is the best part of my job & I feel very lucky to be able to do so at Lead Mine!
